During the Cerulean War, a human named Tenmu rapidly rose through the ranks of the Galactic Union, reaching the rank of Admiral. A powerful warrior, Tenmu only fought in self-defense, and was instrumental in preventing the homeworlds of the Galactic Union from being obliterated.
When you arrived on the planet Cerulea IV, Admiral Tenmu granted you several days of protection. As the number of commanders on the planet grows, Tenmu needs your help to continue his efforts. If you send him Resources each day, you'll gain his goodwill, and sizeable Experience Point bonus!
